Youth Battle of the Bands Competition Added to Kentucky State Fair Lineup The Kentucky State Fair has announced a new Battle of the Bands competition, for young adult musicians 14-20 of age, part of an expansive effort to attract more high school and college aged youth to the 2010 State Fair, Aug. 19-29, in Louisville.
