Pollinator Day

On April 26, 2025 Purdue Extension Floyd County and Sunnyside Master Gardeners will host the 10 th Annual Pollinator Day! This free, family-friendly event will be from 10:00a.m.-3p.m. on the lawn of the Purdue Research Park of Southeast Indiana (3000 Technology Ave., New Albany, IN 47150), weather permitting. Classes will be held on Hummingbirds: Our Beautifully Feathered Pollinators and Bats: Nature’s Nocturnal Helpers. Other activities include booths on Native Bees, Butterflies, Pollinators and Our Food Supply, Hummingbirds, Native Plants, Planting for Pollinators, Beeswax Lip Balm, a Pollinator Selfie Booth, Pollinator Games and much more. Local vendors, including food trucks will be onsite with pollinator related merchandise. Please plan accordingly as there is no ATM on site. Epiphany United Methodist Church Yard Sale

Motors for a Mission Classic Cars Cruise-In and Track Time at US 60 Dragway! A fundraising event for Butterfly Farms - 501C3 nonprofit residential program that supports women survivors of human trafficking. This will be a fun filled day! Classic Car owners, bring your cars, family and friends, and a few chairs for lounging and visiting . Invite your fellow classic car lovers and fans. The TRACK will Be Available to RUN your cars down the DRAGWAY! We will have door prizes to give away. The food concessions will be open. Event T-shirts, shop towel and Butterfly Farms merchandise for sale. Come Race, Fellowship, and Admire the classic cars. Wall Street UMC Musical Arts Camp

The sixth annual Wall Street UMC MUSICAL ARTS CAMP at 240 Wall Street, Jeffersonville, IN is open to children age 6 to those who have just completed 5th grade. Children have fun with friends while learning a musical, building music skills, playing games, exploring instrumental music, and growing in Bible Knowledge. Cost is $35.00 and includes a hot lunch. Trail Fest

Olive Branch United Methodist Church, 6383 Zaring Mill Road, Shelbyville presents Christmas in June - Sell Stuff Buy Stuff Give Blood on Saturday, June 28th from 10 AM to 5 PM. Fundraiser to support missions of the church and community. Vendor booths available for $50 for commercial business, small business $25, yard sale table $10. We are hosting a blood drive as well for the American Red Cross. Cook out food available too.
